Green Windows of Opportunity for Latecomer Development

On June 2022, I presented a paper on Green Windows of Opportunity for Latecomer Development at the Global Economic Geography Conference in Dublin and the UN Climate Change Conference at UNFCC. The paper was also presented at the Globelics@20 Seminar Series in March 2023 and at the Economic Commission for Africa, CEPAL, SASE 2023 in Rio de Janeiro and at the IAEE Conference in Milan.
