On June 2024 I was invited to participate at the Opening Plenary on Global Challenges, Regional Collaboration and the Role of Places in the Regional Science Association Annual Conference.
On July 2024 I presented a paper on Green FDI and Technological Spillovers in the Host Economies with Vito Amendolagine & Dalila Ribaudo at SASE Conference in Limerick. It was also presented at the Università di Cagliari, at the Final Catchain Conference at UNUMERIT, and at 2024 GEOINNO Conference in Manchester.

In February I presented my work with Rasmus Lema at the conference on Transforming Africa: Innovating Our Way Towards Sustainability organised by the Trilateral Research Chair on Transformative innovation – College of Business and Economics University of Johannesburg. I have also presented this work at an invited panel NACLICS Conference in Halifax (NS) in June 2024.

On the 22nd of September I have participated at the webinar on Innovation Systems and Global Value Chains organised by the Science Summit at UNGA 78 with a presentation on Green Windows of Opportunity, also presented at the UNCTAD Multi-year Expert Meeting on Investment Innovation and Entrepreneurship on the 27th September 2023.
