On November 2022 I presented this collaborative work with Elisabetta Gentile, Rasmus Lema and Dalila Ribaudo at the ADB Workshop on Global Value Chain Development Report 2023: Resilient and sustainable GVCs in turbulent times. In October 2022 I participated at the UNCTAD Commission on Science and Technology for Development, 2022-2023 Inter-sessional Panel in Geneva. I presented this research also at the INNOVA Workshop organized by the JRC in Ispra in April 2023 and the CatChain Workshop at UNU Merit in June 2023 in Maastricht.

In October 2022 I presented the review of the EU GLORIA project in Brussels. The review was undertaken by a team of external experts: Prof. Hanna Hottenrott (University of Munich), Prof. Gary Gereffi (Duke University), Alex Nussem (European Industrial Research Management Association – EIRMA) and myself as team leader.

On July 2022 I presented a paper co authored with Vito Amedolagine, Ulrich Hansen, Rasmus Lema and Dalila Ribaudo at GeoInno in Milan, SASE in Amsterdam, the Workshop Sant’Anna YSI in Pisa and the annual conference of the Società Italiana di Economia in Turin. The paper was also presented in June 2023 at the JRC in ISPRA.

On June 2022, I presented a paper on Green Windows of Opportunity for Latecomer Development at the Global Economic Geography Conference in Dublin and the UN Climate Change Conference at UNFCC. The paper was also presented at the Globelics@20 Seminar Series in March 2023 and at the Economic Commission for Africa, CEPAL, SASE 2023 in Rio de Janeiro and at the IAEE Conference in Milan.
